Kondarini Sea View Villa with Private Pool

Villa Kondarini near Gaidaros beach: a two-story, 240 sq.m. maisonette with a breath-taking sea view, which sleeps 10 persons and features a swimming pool! The space Entering the house, you find the spacious living room with view of the sea on your left, as well as the dining area. There is also the second living room with the fireplace and the comfortable corner couch. On the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom that features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first floor features an open-plan office with a desk and a PC, as well as three bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with a double bed – the other two are equipped with two single beds each. On this level, you will also find two bathrooms, with a bathtub and a shower, respectively. If your group consists of more than 8 guests, we can add two foldable beds to the bedrooms with the single beds. Both floors have furnished balconies, and all rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The basement is equipped with a pool table and a treadmill. The outdoors features a 7m x 3m swimming pool with loungers and parasols, as well as a built BBQ and a dining area – the perfect place for deep relaxation! Guest access Guests will be welcomed in person by the host upon arrival. We will contact you a few days before your arrival, in order to arrange your welcome meeting.
