There is a community laundry on each floor by the elevators. * ***The air conditioning systems in Florida are set so that the fan works in conjunction with the AC on....turning the fan on breaks the system. The unit is outside, and if only the fan is on without the AC, it pulls all the humid air from the outside indoors and creates even more humidity indoors. The FAN MUST be AUTO ALWAYS or the system is going to break. The ceiling fan is for air circulation*** Other things to note *** Please Note: Because of the high humidity in Florida, the AC can't get below 72 degrees in the apartment. I support an eco-friendly environment, and I approach the management of my unit by adhering to those principles. I thank you for respecting this philosophy and Mother Nature. * NO cooling temperature below 72 degrees is available in this AC system. ~ *Travel insurance is strongly recommended in Florida. Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services, emergency assistance, and travel services. Protect yourself during hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death. We strongly encourage the purchase of independent travel insurance if this is a concern or in the event of an illness or any circumstances beyond your control.* * Effective immediately, e-bikes, e-scooters, and bikes are prohibited at Harbor Towers in the building or in the apartments based on a memorandum received from our insurance agency. They must be parked at the bike rack at the southeast corner.
