Penthouse with terrace in Gran Vía, Madrid center

Beautiful 100m2 penthouse with two terraces in the center of Madrid, Gran Vía street, metro Callao. High ceilings, lots of light due to the high number of windows no noise from the main street. One bedroom has an open wardrobe and "en suite " bathroom and the second bedroom has its private terrace with sofa and bathtub with an additional in-house bathroom with shower. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room with access to the larger terrace with a Balinese bed. The space This is a unique living space in the middle of the bustling city. You will find maps, information on Madrid and calling cards of my favorite restaurants. I will also love to help you with anything you might need. Guest access You have the keys to the whole flat. Please remember to follow the house rules, i.e. no noise after 10pm. In case of problems or disturbances after that time and the neighbors have to intervene, you will be charged an additional €600.
