The bungalows are located no more than 40 meters apart and together can accommodate up to 39 people.👉 ZEN-Bungalows has several theme bungalows. 🛋️ LAYOUT & FACILITIES This bungalow combines luxury and comfort: a modern kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling walls, and sliding doors opening onto the private garden. Wake up to singing birds, watch playful squirrels, or enjoy your morning coffee outside. The living room is perfect for relaxing by the wood stove or around the fire pit, with friends, family, or a good book. The bedrooms with black-out curtains feature comfortable box-spring beds and can be arranged as two separate beds or a double bed. Beds are made up with soft linens on arrival. 🚿 BATHROOM The bathroom features a luxury rain shower. Towels are provided. KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Ask about our options. 📌 Important Information To make your stay in this wellness holiday home in Overijssel as pleasant as possible, we have a few house rules: • The number of guests must match the number booked • No parties or loud music, this is a wellness house in Rheezerveen • No youth or student groups • Minimum age main booker: 21 years • No smoking inside (outside allowed with ashtray) • Quiet hours outside: 22:00 – 10:00 • Pets or assistance animals welcome on request (€60 surcharge per animal) • BBQs, gourmet cooking, fondue, frying, or air fryer not allowed. We understand you may want to BBQ, but unfortunately this is not permitted. To avoid lingering smells for the next guests or neighbors, we do not allow it. • Maximum 2 babies allowed • Base price applies for 2 people; additional guests incur a surcharge • Customized invoices (e.g. company name or VAT details) can be provided upon request. An administrative fee may apply. After booking, we ask for some details, such as bed preference and ID verification of the main guest. We also recommend sharing information for all guests to ensure access to the digital key and route instructions.
