Sleep to the sound of a river... Our River Loft #3 with balcony is one of our 14 lofts in a beautiful property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located upon walking distance to Santa Ana downtown, and to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and much more. The space Located on the 2nd floor, it has beautiful landscaping view, which can be enjoyed from the additional private balcony! The Loft includes: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid. Guest access The property has a great pool with deck and pool, enabled for the use of the Loft renters. Free parking. The lofts have a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, $5 per load cost, detergent not included. Other things to note Excellent for vacations, also for couples, families or executives who need a mini apartment in the metropolitan area, for a short period of time, without having to sign a lease, worry about maintenance or costs to furnish an apartment.
