Ancient Goldschmiede Südpfalz

Our vacation home "Alte Goldschmiede" in Klingenmünster in the South Palatinate is a design-oriented, lovingly furnished house with a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, living room, dining room and high-quality kitchen. Our house is located in the beautiful southern Palatinate – due to the often sunny weather also called Tuscany Germany. The border with France is only ten minutes that way. The beautiful French Wissembourg can be reached in fifteen minutes. The space Through the courtyard gate and the typical Palatinate courtyard you enter the house. On the ground floor, a first bedroom and living room with large sliding window to the terrace and courtyard. A modern wood stove makes the space incredibly cozy even in winter. In the former studio of the Goldschmiede, there is a fully furnished study overlooking the opposite playground and the starting hiking trail to Landeck Castle. From the old oak staircase you enter the first floor. On this level, you can find two bedrooms, a small bathroom with rain shower, and the large modern kitchen with kitchen island and dining room in the conservatory. Between dining room and kitchen, a large balcony invites you to grill or linger. The well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities that are conceivable for a relaxing holiday. Oven, induction hob with exhaust, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge and large freezer. The kitchen also invites larger groups for cooking and lingering together. The large dining room with pull-out dining table can accommodate all people. Two high chairs are provided. The bathroom with rain shower, large mirror and high quality fixtures is located between the bedrooms and the kitchen. On the second floor there is another double bed. The wool rug and the large new skylights give the space a wonderful calm atmosphere. The large 'master bathroom‘ with rain shower and bathtub invites you to relax. Through a ladder and above the bathroom there is a further sleeping option for children and the young at heart. The adventure can start. The catamaran laws invite you to "chill" and play. In the yard, under the lime tree, there is the hot tub for up to 4 persons persons. Here, too, you can relax well in both summer and winter and then enjoy a glass of Palatinate wine on the terrace.
