With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this beautifully maintained property provides the perfect blend of relaxation and functionality. 🚧 Important Notice – Driveway & Road Work 🚧 The driveway and road are currently under construction. However, access to the house is easy and not affected – you can enter without any issues. Please note that there may be some construction activity in the area, but it won’t prevent you from reaching or enjoying the property. Bedrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and ample closet space. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone will enjoy their own cozy retreat. Bathrooms: The home includes 2 full bathrooms and a convenient half-bath, stocked with towels in the small closet toiletries, and essentials to make your stay worry-free. Living Spaces: Enjoy a bright and open living area ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with comfortable seating, a TV, and a seamless flow into the dining space. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area is perfect for group meals or casual breakfasts. Outdoor Area: Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a refreshing swimming pool—ideal for lounging, playing, or soaking up the sun. We also have a grill, but if the propane runs out, the guests need be replenished. Additional Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, beach chairs and towels and free parking are all included for your convenience. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, laundry room, and a private backyard with swimming pool. Check-in & Security: • Enjoy self-check-in with a lock box in the front door -a unique code will be sent prior to your arrival. • The property features exterior security cameras for added safety. (No cameras inside the home.) • Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Pool Use & House Rules: • The pool is for guest use only and is not heated unless specified ( seasonal heating pool from October-April for extra charge) Pool heater between 70-80 F. Hot tub up to 98F. Hot tub and pool heater control remotely by host via call or text messages any time from 9 am to 11 pm. • No diving or running around the pool area. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighborhood. • No parties or unauthorized guests allowed. For longer stays, guests may need to restock. • Pool Maintenance: The pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule every Thursday to ensure it remains clean and safe.
