This spacious house, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building, on the main shopping street in the historic center, close to the main square. It also offers a convenient and highly appreciated private parking space in the building's inner courtyard, where an electric car charging station is available. The space On the ground floor, the shared garden, beautifully lit in the evening, features: A heated swimming pool (not open in winter), A relaxation area with large sun loungers and deck chairs, either in the sun or under the trees, A dining area for enjoying lunch or dinner by candlelight, A spacious living/dining room with sofas, a large TV, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, dining tables, and showers.. All the rooms in the house, some with frescoed ceilings and a magnificent antique oak parquet floor, are bright, air-conditioned, and soundproofed. The bedrooms feature extra-large beds, a TV, and extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an extensive collection of elegant and functional tableware. Catania airport can be reached in just 40 minutes via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities.
