For groups of friends or large families, you can book other two homes in the same building. The space On the ground floor, shared with the other two houses in the building, there is a finnish sauna/biosauna (for a fee, upon reservation), a gym, a work room, and, in the garden, a heated saltwater swimming pool (not open from november to february), a relaxation area where you can unwind on large sun loungers or deck chairs, in the sun or under the trees, or enjoy a candlelit lunch or dinner. There is also a large living/dining room with sofas, a large TV with soundbar, refrigerator, coffee machine, dining tables and showers. All the rooms in the house, some with frescoed ceilings and a magnificent antique oak parquet floor, are bright, air-conditioned, and soundproofed. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities.
