Aurélia's: Duplex house

The guest house "Chez Aurélia" offers a small duplex maisonette with a living area, a mezzanine sleeping area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Micro house, cozy little nest spirit. A sofa bed on the ground floor that can accommodate 1 person. (preferably a child) 2 single beds or a double bed on request in the mezzanine. The space The Chez Aurelia guest house offers this charming duplex micro-house in a maisonette, on my land in the center of a village. Located 20-25 km from Evreux, Dreux, Mantes and Houdan. Shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy) are within walking distance. On the ground floor: living area with sofa, equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, microwave-grill, refrigerator and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet and storage. Floor: small bedroom nest with TV. IMPORTANT: this is a micro house, so it's a small space. There are 3 beds, so it's perfect for short stays or overnight stays for family parties or weddings (children's bed on the ground floor). For business trips between colleagues, it allows sleeping with 2 single beds to keep a living area. Please note: access to the mezzanine is via a narrow spiral staircase. It is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Internet by WiFi. Housekeeping fees include: - cleaning to COVID standards - Provision of linen and towels and beds made according to the requested configuration - Provision of toiletries and maintenance products (even dishwasher tablets) Table d'hôte options (starter + main course + dessert + drink €35/pers), gourmet meal trays 3 levels to share (€70/2) and brunch breakfast (€15/pers) Guest access Your accommodation is independent but you are welcome in the garden. The sheep, goats, chickens, geese, rabbits, pigs and cats will be delighted if you come and say hello. the ping pong table, foosball, deckchairs along the fish pond and games are at your disposal :) Other things to note The Nordic bath can be privatized during the day/evening for €60/day.
