Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room and ceiling fans. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and separate lounge room with ceiling fans providing extra room to spread out and relax with toys, games, books and dvd's to keep everyone entertained. Off this lounge room there's a second toilet in the downstairs laundry for guests convenience. Enjoy a bbq and a cold drink in the rear undercover area or a game of backyard cricket in the large fully fenced yard. For the little ones, there is a port-a-cot, child safety gate and booster chair available so less to pack.
