Converted from a former farm store barn, it maintains much of original charm and character, whilst giving you all the modern day comforts. Downstairs in this split level apartment, you will find an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with two large sofas to relax on, a flat screen SmartTV, a cast iron wood burner and a guest toilet. The upstairs contains two double bedrooms (one with a superking size bed and one with a double bed), one twin bedroom, a second toilet and a modern shower rooms. Outside, you can relax in your private, adjoining garden and enjoy an aperitif and the sunset at your outside dining area, just few steps from the shared swimming pool. Gite Le Noyer sleeps 6 people.
