In my wonderful private garden you can enjoy a splendid evening to relax and drink a glass of chianti wine after visiting our beautiful city I'm sure you will love more your stay in Florence The space The apartment is light and located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - Florence area situated on a small hill from which you can ad"mire the beautiful view of the oldest part of the city. It is on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 mq. It 'consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower , a full kitchen well equipped. On request the twin bedroom can become a double room. You can find all the comforts: as independent heating , air conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hairdryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels. The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a bamboo small sofa and armchair, one sun lounger .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, or to have dinner in quiet or to sip a glass of wine. The garden, quiet, safe and without risks is the ideal place for families who have children. For children up to 3 years old I provide a camping cot with bedlinen and covers. Guest access Smoking is not allowed in the house but you can smoke in the garden which is provided with ashtrays Other things to note I am sticking to Airbnb's advanced cleaning protocol, developed under the guidance of industry experts. I sanitize all high-contact surfaces, including door handles. I use detergents and disinfectants approved by official agencies and I wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination. I clean every room by following long cleaning checklists. I provide guests with a cleaning kit, to allow them to clean during their stay. I operate in compliance with local legislation and all additional guidelines relating to safety and cleanliness.
