In our gull's nest 18 you will feel at home. The pictures in the house were lovingly painted by 3 generations of our family. There are 4 TVs in the house. In order to be able to cook with pleasure, we have set up a spice bar. You will find over 20 spices. A selection of tea is also available for our guests. There is an infrared sauna for relaxation. The space Our 3 bedroom house can accommodate 1-8 persons + (2 children up to 3 years in separate, available children's travel beds). The house is located on a fenced property with private entrance. Brave, quiet dogs are welcome, for you please bring your own beds + blankets to cover the seating furniture (1 dog bed + food bowls are available), because unfortunately the dogs are not allowed to sleep in beds without covered furniture on seating furniture and out of consideration of all our guests. Our modernly furnished living room is flooded with light through its 2 terrace doors. A couch (U-living landscape) and a relaxing armchair offer you space to sit comfortably together. The TV with satellite connection, DVD player and mini stereo system meet different inclinations of your family members. And an electric fireplace invites for cozy hours. Board games, puzzles, and books are present. Also free Wi-Fi, which also makes it possible to work from home. The kitchen contains a high quality equipment with hot air oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment. On small appliances there is 1 filter and 1 Senseo coffee maker, egg boiler, kettle, blender and toaster at your disposal. Plenty of dishes and cutlery always leaves you enough space to set a cozy table. Of course, all the important kitchen utensils as well as plenty of pots are also available, but also a small basic equipment such as coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper and a rich spice bar to be prepared until the first purchase. The open living and dining room is separated from the kitchen by 1 glass door. In the dining room there is a modern wooden table with 8 chairs. In a small storage room we provide you with vacuum cleaners, cleaning utensils, 1 safe, 2 high chairs for children, 1 emergency box, dog food bowls, etc. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with almost walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin (completely new since 2024). The second bathroom with shower, toilet and two hand basins is located on the second floor. It is more spacious, so you will also find a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, changing mat, ironing board and iron. This bathroom was completely renovated in 2023, the shower almost on the ground floor. The first bedroom with a matrimonial bed, 1 three-door wardrobe, 1 cozy armchair, TV and 1 children's travel cot is located on the first floor. There is also a 2-person infrared sauna here, for example to warm up after beautiful beach walks or simply to do something for your well-being. Right next to it is another bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition 1 double bed 140x200, 1 2-door wardrobe + lounge chair. Here, too, you will find 1 TV and 1 lounge chair. Since 2022, the bedroom has a chic sliding sliding door. The third bedroom is in the attic. In the very spacious room, next to a matrimonial bed and a wardrobe, there is another corner with 1 TV and 1 seating area to retreat a little or just read. There is also a children's travel cot here. Bed linen + towels packages can be booked with us for €23.00 per person, for the toddler beds (bed linen + towel set) for €20.00 per baby. We provide you with 155x220 duvets in our house so that even tall people can sleep comfortably. Of course, you can also bring your own bed linen + towels. However, sauna + beach towels must be brought yourself or can be rented directly from our manager (for a fee). The entire house is provided with washable floors (travertine and laminate). For your safety, there are a total of 5 smoke detectors in the house and the stairs are equipped with stairs security doors to protect your small children. The house can also be booked a little longer for business, e.g. for fitters or home office, etc. It is equipped for year-round rental. Even in winter it is beautiful on the North Sea. The house can be booked with 8 adults/children + 2 infants in separate infant beds (together 10 people). The price includes Wi-Fi, car parking space, washing machine, dryer and sauna use, (please bring beach and sauna towels or rent it directly from our manager). The charging of electric cars is not allowed. However, there are several charging stations only about 150 m away. The final cleaning is €140.00 + a cleaning fee for animals. Flat rate of€90. However, there are no additional costs for animals (no matter what number). Upon arrival, directly with our manager, a deposit of €300.00 must be paid in CASH. Electricity, water and heating are deducted directly from the deposit via meter reading and the difference of the deposit will be transferred back immediately after departure if no damage has occurred. The duvets, pillows and mattresses are anti-allergic beds, so suitable for allergy sufferers. There are orthopedic water-cell mattresses in all beds, including the toddler beds. These are softer and match your body. Each bedroom has 1 powerful fan, as well as 1 TV each. The house has almost 100 m ² and therefore offers plenty of space to relax. Thank you for your understanding. The non-smokers of this house thank you. On given occasions: The Weber grill, as well as outdoor toys, wheels, wagons ect must be cleaned by the tenant after use. This cleaning is not included in the final cleaning (if necessary, if not done correctly, will be charged directly by the landlord or deducted from the deposit). Animals are allowed (the number on request) and must be specified when booking. However, the additional cleaning effort is considerably more extensive in animals. Therefore, a separate, one-time cleaning fee of €90 would be added for the additional cleaning effort. There are no other costs for animals. => !!! For any damage caused, the tenant will be accommodated. Other things to note Our house is quietly located at the end of a dead end street, right next to Center Parcs North Sea coast, whose swimming pool (Aqua Mundo), restaurants (in the Market Dome) and leisure activities (e.g. tennis, squash, mini golf, bowling, live music, archery, table tennis and other activities) can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot and use it for a fee. A Chu-Tschu train runs through the village. There is a private, free car parking space available. More free parking spaces can be found, free to search, in the street. It is about 750 m to the beach Friesenstrand. There is a great large pirate playground for the offspring, but water sports enthusiasts are also a must. On and on the dike, along the sea or watts, you can enjoy long walks. Unfortunately, our cottage Möwennest 18 is not available for parties!!! In Tossens, even the little ones have the most fun. Because right on the foot of Friesenstrand is Germany's first baby beach. With glass casings, sun sails and hot water showers, the 250 square meter beach area is specifically tailored to the needs of infants. There are also special mudflats for children and of course adults. Enjoy vacation or work, with your family in an upscale ambience. The landscape and the healthy climate invite you for a holiday or spa with high recreational value. Allergy sufferers are also very well taken care of here in the spa town. People with respiratory discomfort, such as asthmatics or Krupp cough patients, benefit from the healthy, salty air in Tossens. The small North Sea resort of Tossens is located on the west side of the Lower Saxon Peninsula of Budjadingen. The gate to the jade bushing or the diamond is also called Tossens. In 2016, the municipality of Butjadingen was certified as a "KinderFerienLand"place. All leisure activities are at your disposal at the Center Parcs at a charge. You can enjoy the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea Nature Park for extensive mudflats and excursions to the seal benches. Furthermore, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn for the offspring are located in the Burhave district. In Wilhelmshaven there are interesting museums and in Bremerhaven especially recommended the Tuscan shopping center next to the very interesting climate house, the emigrant house and from there only a few meters away, the zoo by the sea. Shopping facilities are a few minutes away from our house: supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, cosmetics and wellness, plenty of gastronomy and pretty shops to browse as well as 2x bike pedal car rental. A bus stop is only a few minutes away from the house. The various seal collection stations can also be reached in about 1-1.5 hours by car. Beautiful coastal towns such as Horumersiel, Hooksiel, Schillig and other pretty places in the Wangerland or Cuxhaven can also be reached in 30 minutes to 1 hour. The Hanseatic city of Bremen can also be reached in 1-1.5 hours. On the Budjadingen peninsula there is also an alpaca and Lama farm: "Lama Ranch Narvanas" .
