View to the Fells is a two bedroom apartment over two floors situated minutes from the centre of Ambleside. Views to Loughrigg Fell and the Fairfield Horseshoe dominate with the rooftops of Ambleside below. The Coniston Fells are also clearly visible (weather permitting). The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets. The space The kitchen has been recently refurbished to a high standard and benefits from a large 70/30 fridge freezer; a double oven with grill; a microwave oven; a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. A shower room with WC and sink is also accessed from the hall and there is also a large cupboard for coats, boots etc. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the second is set up as a twin. Each bedroom has a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings. A second modern shower room is situated on this floor. All linen is provided including towels and tea towels. The heating is provided by electric heating and is included in the price. WiFi is free and provides a good signal. The TV in the lounge is a smart TV so bring your logons and watch your catch up services. There is an allocated parking space, which is a bonus in Ambleside and the access from the car park to the apartment is either via stairs or the lift. The apartment is situated 2 minutes from the centre of Ambleside via a steep public footpath. An alternative less steep 5 minute walk to the centre is also available. Changeover days are on Fridays, short breaks may be available
