The Room The Fefo room features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in cabin shower. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap). Air Conditioning Air conditioning is included and available in the bedroom only. It operates in cooling and heating modes and is set to standardised settings to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. The system is centrally managed via our internal app, therefore no remote control is provided. It maintains a constant average indoor temperature of 24 °c. Living Area & Kitchen Guests have access to a comfortable shared living area with a two-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island. The space includes a Smart Tv, access to a fully equipped kitchen (including oven and standard utensils), and reliable fibre-optic Wi-Fi (~65 Mbps), suitable for streaming or remote work. Location Macher is a quiet and authentic village in southern Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are approximately 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, local restaurants, a petrol station, and a church. Arrival & Access The property offers keyless digital access via the Hoomvip app, which also includes the mandatory online check-in form required by Spanish law. This must be completed before arrival. Once check-in is completed, guests receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, island recommendations, and essential contact information. Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: before 11:00 Cleaning & Linen Bed linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels, and kitchen cloths are included. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is provided, including fresh linen and towels.
