The house boasts with a spacious sun terrace with a billiard table and hammocks, a perfect place for scenic dining, massage at home and social evenings. ​ This vacation cottage has two bedrooms and a spare room to sleep up to 6 guests. One person can also sleep on the sofa. There is a cosy common room with a wood-fired oven to keep warm and prepare homemade casserole, pizza, bread or other specialities. Under the house there is a small wine cellar with the possibility of wine tasting and buying wines. Around the house you will find games for children (swing, ladder, slide, inflatable pool, climbing wall, bunker) and enough greenery to find your own corner, where you can completely relax and rest from tiring days. Many hammocks and deckchairs are available. You can place your barbecue at any point, and collect the necessary herbs and vegetables from the garden, which is intended only for our guests. There is an orchard in the area where you can serve yourself any fruit you like. You can also relax in many local spas located in the vicinity: Bioterme Mala Nedelja, Terme Banovci, Terme 3000 Moravske Toplice... Guest access At the top of Podhamer Hill, you'll find holiday cottages Marijan and Boris. Although adjacent, they are entirely separated and with a visual barrier outside the house for maximum privacy. Ideal for larger groups or multiple families, consider renting both charming cottages for an unforgettable experience. There you will visit 3 wine cellars and the best restaurant in Jeruzalem. > Guided cycling around the nearby picturesque surrounding (you will stop at the various tourist farms). > Massage under the open sky (massage expert will come on the site and make you unforgettable relaxation). The house is only a 10 - minutes drive to the town of Ljutomer and numerous shopping centres. I want that my guests feel like they are at home. That's why I offer all amenities, necessary equipment and services that allow you an unforgettable experience. I have been a host for 10 years now, gaining valuable experience and knowledge to make my guests feel comfortable in our holiday house. Being a keen traveler myself, I try to look at things from a guest’s perspective and always strive to improve our services. I cooperate with the local community to arrange unique activities around Pomurje region and add value to your stay in Slovenia. The price of accommodation does not include the use of wellness but guests of the cottage have a 40% discount on the use of the wellness area. Discounted price is 50 € per 4 hours or 100 € per day of private use. Wellness (spa corner) is located in the separate area of the house.
