Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a mezzanine, a bathroom and a balcony not overlooked. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200). - A mezzanine with three single beds. - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony of 4.5 m², facing west, to enjoy the view and the beautiful days.
