Bamford Barn is a newly converted semi detached barn, once used for a corn milling using a Bamford mill! It has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. The space It is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Colleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings. A tea time treat awaits your arrival! This property is next door to The Teddy House Ref 402 & Guernsey Cottage Ref 423. A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A spacious living room. Cloakroom with WC. Stairs from living area to first floor lead to the master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath, hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty sitting area overlooking the fields.
