Guests will enjoy luxurious bed linens, modern furnishings, fresh Keurig coffee, 70" smart TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, fast WiFi, private desk/workspace, outdoor patio & private entry. Books, games, puzzles, guitar & fire pit for guests' use! (In summer) The Airbnb is accessible by a private driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. A brick walkway to the keyless combination entry door takes you to your private garden entrance. Guests can access the backyard area, play corn hole, badminton, or simply enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. We are a quiet couple who live upstairs with our friendly cat. We honor and respect our guest's privacy while being available 24/7 to meet your requests and needs during your stay. This airbnb is your own apartment entire lower level. It is completely private with your own unique keyless entry code. You have full use of the yard, bonfire and backyard games. You may hear subtle noises such as footsteps and general living activity upstairs. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, where friendly neighbors walk their dogs, run or bike along the roadside. Winter and summer, moose families lay around in the big backyard while a black bear might find its way onto the property. Short drive to Glenn Alps Trailhead, Hilltop Ski area, restaurants, groceries, Alaska Zoo, Anchorage Golf Course. Alyeska ski resort just 30 minute drive from house. A vehicle is recommended (Uber, Lyft and rental companies easily accessible) while bike trails are numerous around the city and offer rentals. Bikes available upon request!
