Our little house sits next to all that Colorado Springs has to offer and has the sweet charm that you would expect in Colorado. This is a Tri-Level House with 2 Bdrms Upstairs (King & King) & Full Bathroom and downstairs is a Full/Full Bunkbed and Queen Bed and a Full Bathroom. On the Main Level we have a Queen Sleeper Couch. The space This home has 2 King Beds, a Queen Bed & a Kids Full/Full Bunkbed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room This House can sleep up to 8 Adults and 4 Kids comfortably. Guest access Whole House except the Garage is locked off. The Fireplace is for show only and not for use. Other things to note STR Permit A-STRP-23-1065 Please note the stains in the Shower are just Stains.
