House in an excellent position, 5 minutes walk from the train station, the parking lot and the romantic little port of Riomaggiore. Ideal location for visiting the villages, boat trips, tastings in traditional restaurants, trekking along the paths of the Park and admiring the sunset. The space tourist tax included in the price The house can accommodate up to a maximum of seven people. On the ground floor there is a full kitchen and a bathroom with WC and a sink. The first floor has a room with four single beds. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds plus a bathroom with shower. In the accommodation we also provide linen and towels. The house has wifi. Garden with a small vegetable garden and view from the sea to enjoy the landscape. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, which is located within the pedestrian area of Riomaggiore and is accessed via stairs, so we recommend that you bring light luggage and/or backpacks. Other things to note - On request it is possible to book a private garage for a fee. - From 1 March 2015, the Tourist Tax comes into force in the Municipality of Riomaggiore. The amount is €2.50 per person/ per day for the first 3 days, excluding children under 10. In our price the tourist tax is not included. The payment of the tax is expected upon departure, in cash.
