We provide all the essentials for your stay including fresh towels and linens, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, clothing steamer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Very peaceful home with incredible views of the Black River. Relax on the back deck or around the firepit on cool evenings. The space Main floor has the kitchen with laundry room, and all the basics - pots, pans, dishes, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig (coffee provided). Living room has gas fireplace and 55" HD TV set up with Firestick so you can log into your own accounts. High speed WiFi available. Middle room offers a place to hang and play games. There is a full size bed in room on the main floor with an en suite bathroom. Sun room has beautiful view of the river - perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Second floor has spacious master bedroom, second bedroom (both with queen sized beds) and full bathroom with tub/shower. All linens are provided. Note: stairs leading to the second floor are a bit steep. Being an older home, ceilings are lower. Ample driveway space to accommodate a boat and/or RV with an outdoor power supply (15a and 30a) and water faucet. During summer months, there will be weekly lawn care. **Disclosure: we have one Ring camera mounted to the garage facing front door and one ring camera facing the driveway. There is a $75 pet fee. If not disclosed at the time of booking, it will be an additional charge upon checkout. Smoking is not allowed inside the home/sunroom. If the rule is violated, there will be a $250 deep cleaning fee assessed.
