This incredible 100-year-old villa is a dream-come-true vacation home made of stone and wood, featuring a summer terrace and a spacious garden on three levels. It is perfect for a large family or a group of people gathering or travelling together. The sea is less than 10 meters away, making it ideal for the visitors who enjoy sunbathing and swimming. A sauna and outside hot tub that can reach temperature of 28 degrees celsius with a spectacular view of the sea are available. The space The property is in the serene city of Dobrota, 30 min slow walking from Kotor Old Town. The gardens and a summer terrace with a total surface of 300m2 provide the guests with the atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy. This is the place to relax and enjoy your vacation in a good company of friends or family. The sea proximity is a bonus for water lovers and all in need of a refreshing swim on hot summer days. Beach beds, parasols and a solar powered shower are available on premises. There are two buildings within the property: the large stone house ‘La Marina’ with 4 bedrooms (8 guests) and a separate studio ‘Vista’ (2 guests). The stone house has two connected bedrooms on the first floor (with a double and two single beds), and 2 separate bedrooms on the second floor (with 2 single beds and a double bed). There is an AC in each room. All the bedrooms look at the sea. The spacious and cosy living room and the kitchen, fully equipped with modern and brand-new appliances, are on the ground floor. There is one bathroom/toilet on each floor. The studio Vista (45m2) has an independent entrance and is located on the upper level within the same property. You can enjoy the stunning beauty of the sea and mountains from the comfort and privacy of your bed thanks to the large glass door that separates the studio from the covered terrace with a tub. There is also a bathroom / toilet, and a wood sauna that all guests may use. The studio is equipped with an AC. Just next to the villa is a luxury hotel Huma Bay with activities for the guests and a free gravel beach suitable for families with small children. The property has 3 private parking places, and 1 additional parking slot available if needed. A list of recommended restaurants, local contacts and attractions is available to the guests. Last updated January 2023 Other things to note Our house is located directly on the waterfront, with a beautiful stone pier in front where you can relax and swim like the locals do. We provide sun umbrellas and lightweight loungers that you can easily take down to the pier to enjoy the sea. Right next door is a hotel with a lovely beach area where you can have a drink and, for a fee, use their beach facilities, as well as a small public beach created by the hotel where locals and visitors gather to swim and sunbathe.
