Tsumugi-an is a family-friendly private guesthouse, conveniently located in central Kanazawa, close to most sightseeing spots, kids play areas and a park. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and includes a parking space, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator), a bathroom with bathtub, a TV, and a washing machine. For families with children our staff members, who are parents themselves, prepared baby gate, playpen, baby futon, baby bathtub, toys and a lot more. The space Great location! Just ten minutes from Kanazawa Station on foot. The interior has been fully renovated, with brand new fixtures, furnishings, and electrical appliances. All of our beds are single beds. Up to six people can comfortably stay here, making it great for group travel: there are two bunk beds, for up to four people, as well as two futons (traditional Japanese bedding placed on the floor). Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, hair dryer, cookware and utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and other tableware. We are happy to offer a special Breakfast Box with freshly baked bread from DIPSY, a popular bakery in Kanazawa, that can be delivered right to the guesthouse. We kindly ask you to be careful as sometimes our guests ring the intercom of our neighbours by mistake. Our guesthouse does not have an intercom. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the amenities provided, but please do not use the consumable items (such as cleaning goods) in the storage space. Other things to note Reservation of children Children aged 5 and under can stay for free if they sleep in the same bed with an adult. Towels and toiletries are not provided for children who are staying for free. We can only provide the number of beddings according to the number of guests. The fees will be determined based on the number of guests, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If you would like to arrange this, please mark them as 'Infant' when making your reservation. For children aged 6 and above, adult rates will apply, so please select 'Adult' for them in the guest count. Please note that the age categories set by AirBnB may differ from our policy, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Smoking All parts of the guesthouse are non-smoking, including the entrance and nearby area. Check-in The whole guesthouse is rented out to guests, so we don’t have a full-time staff member at the guesthouse. On the day you arrive, a member of our staff will go to the guesthouse to meet you there for check-in. Please let us know when you will arrive at the guesthouse, at least one day ahead of time, so that we can arrange a meeting time. Amenities We provide bath towels and face towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers, tea, and coffee.
