Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €499,00. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Exterior facilities can be closed during winter months due to weather influences. 9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. We would like to inform you, that annual maintenance work will be carried out at the end of the rainy season during spring 2023, we will inform you of any maintenance and painting incidents on the terrace during your stay. 11. When making use of the sun beds, it is mandatory to use a towel. 12. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools.
