Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the second floor with sea views. This includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.
