The space This modern apartment, located on the first floor and reachable on foot, opens onto a bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a Tv and an American kitchen with an electric hob, well-equipped and complete also with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Moreover, from the bedroom and the living room, through a French window, there is access to the large shared garden planted with trees and boasting a swimming pool. At guests' disposal there is a private area overlooking the lake, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. Comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump complete the accommodation. Externally, the property also enjoys a large shared terrace on the ground floor with spectacular views of lake Garda where guests can relax on the deckchairs and enjoy the Mediterranean beauty. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note Cots and high chairs are available on request. Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. The swimming pool can be used from the 1st of May to the 30th of September with the following times: 9am - 12pm and 3pm - 7pm. A swimming cap could be required. *The residence is located in the countryside, and a dirt road must be traveled to reach it. *We inform kind guests that there may be free dogs around, ready to welcome you with their cheerfulness and sweetness. Don't worry, they are friendly and well-behaved. There are other accommodations inside the building. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
