New and good quality bedding (large size bedding). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 160 x 200. Bedroom 2: 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds in 90 x 200. Please note that the loft bed is only suitable for children from 6 years old, it is not recommended for adults. Furnished terrace (1 table and 6 chairs). Secure residence with digicode and private parking space. Children's games and skate park next to the residence. Beach equipped and supervised at the foot of the building with snack bar. From the terrace, you can admire the surrounding peaks and enjoy the proximity of the port to see the boats go into the water! If you're more active, no problem! A multitude of water activities are offered on the lake: wake surfing, pedal boat and canoe (at the foot of the apartment), water skiing, kite surfing, boat ride, water park, towed buoys... And for mountain enthusiasts: there is something for everyone and for all levels: family walk around the lake, summer tobogganing, rafting, paragliding, sports hiking on the highest peaks (Mont Guillaume, Aiguilles de Chabrières, Pic de Morgon...) the Parc des Ecrins is waiting for you! Moreover, athletes meet there all year round for a multitude of trails and races of all kinds. We have selected hiking trails for all levels, the maps of which you will find in the living room. Household products are available: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, floor cleaner, window cleaner... Disinfection of the apartment is included in our rates. It is carried out by our service provider with products that comply with European standards EN 14476. Housekeeping is not included in our rates, if you wish we can offer it for an additional €60.
