Hot tub heat is complimentary and available year-round. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - This is an older home with a rustic feel. While there are some modern touches, much of the house is not updated. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. - No garage access.
