Other things to note Home Truths: - Pool Heat can be added for an additional $100 /per day but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1. - Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures. - The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. - Spa heat is complimentary and available year-round. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that the elevator is strictly not available for guest use. - Please do not open any windows in the home. - Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV. Parking Details: The garage accommodates 2 cars. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. Parking is not permitted on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed. No recreational vehicles, boats, or vehicles larger than a standard pickup truck or van are allowed to park in the driveway except in the garage.
