The house is located at the exit of the village of Rochessauve; in a dominant position it offers a superb view of the Rhône valley, the Vercors and the Coiron plateau, close to hiking trails, a greenway, infinity pool with magnificent views and tranquility. Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends. Village of Alissas 5 km away and Privas 10 km away. The space Large house in the middle of the mountain, on 3 levels: - on the ground floor are 2 independent 25 m2 bedrooms with their bathroom, facing south with superb views of the valley. - on the first floor, living room, dining room, games room, kitchen and veranda form spacious separate spaces so that everyone can, according to their mood, participate in the life of the house or isolate themselves for a while to rest. There is also a bathroom with toilet. - on the second floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room and toilet and the other two en-suite, ideal for a large family with children. The exterior covers more than 1000 m2 of land, including a sheltered dining area and a terrace with direct views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Not overlooked, house in a natural area. Possibility to rent for more than 14 people for families with babies on request. Same possibility to accommodate an animal on request depending on the size and education. Towels not provided. For weekend rentals, check-in in the middle of the afternoon is allowed depending on the rentals. Pool accessible from April to October, heated in July and August and optional outside this period.
