WHAT’S NEARBY This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find local restaurants and sores. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park two miles northwest or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. THINGS TO KNOW The pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from mid-April to Memorial Day and from October to the week of Thanksgiving. Guest access You'll check in at the EagleRidge Lodge Front Desk, located at 1463 Flat Top Circle. Standard check-in is at 4pm. The front desk will provide you with your garage code and front door keys. When you arrive at your townhome, use the garage code to access the garage door. Once inside, enter your 10-digit access code into the smart lock on the front door - each digit must be entered within 10 seconds. Wait for the ascending tone and for the lock button to flash green, then turn the handle and enter. Your access code will be sent via email or text the day of your arrival.
