Both apartments have a kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with sea view. The solar-powered electricity connection (12v/220v) ensures independent energy supply. The equipment includes gas cookers, refrigerators, freezer compartments and filter coffee machines. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven or air conditioning are not available. Directly in front of the house lies a gravel beach that can be used almost privately, with loungers and parasols. A small boat up to 3-4 m in length can be moored at the house's own jetty. Pets are welcome (max. 1 small animal). The spacious property (approx. 1,000 m²) offers sun terraces, lounge furniture, a barbecue fireplace, shaded areas, and a summer kitchen.
