Beach And River Fun At Cotton Tree

This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. We have been visiting Cotton Tree for 35 years and we believe it is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. We are close to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Our sunny patio, is great for breakfast. The space You have exclusive access to the entire apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), separate toilet, small balcony with table and chairs, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Please note that there are two (2) communal rubbish bin for all residents in the complex. These bins are located at the rear of the property - Just up the steps. When vacating, please deposit any rubbish in one of the 2 bins provided. Guest access Pool - Pool is accessed just up the stairs at the end of the passage behind the front carports. Car Park - Please use the car space for apartment 6 at the front of the complex. Please note that our car parking space has a steep drive. We have found that it is best to reverse your car into the space provided. Other things to note Pack bathers, beach towels and sunscreen.
