All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three bathrooms that serve the whole house one on the ground floor with shower and two on the 1st floor , one with bathtub and the other one with shower. The house has 3 balconies on the top of the house, and 1 outdoor furnished terrace on the ground floor of 40m2, equipped with umbrella and garden furniture where you can enjoy your summer evenings and just a few meters from the sea. It also has a sunroom of 49 m2 in which there is an octagonal table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue to enjoy outdoor kitchen and a rocker / swing to relax. In the spacious living room, has a ceiling fan, you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a book.  The furnished dining room is open to the living room and he can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones.
