The space The large ocean-view balcony is perfect for spotting dolphins at play, morning coffee, and evening cocktails at sunset. So come, take your shoes off, and enjoy the sugar-white sand of Orange Beach. This fabulous 2 bed/2 bath condo has all the right ingredients for a great beach vacation, and its' soothing coastal-inspired decor will bring joy to your senses! The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a fully-stocked kitchen, 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, 4 chair dining room table, a spacious living room with a queen sleeper-sofa, love seat, cozy chair, and 55" flat-screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk-in closet, newly renovated ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink, granite, and tiled, walk-in shower. The guest room has a king bed, and a matching twin bed, large closet, and attached bathroom with a single vanity, newly renovated ensuite guest bathroom shower with glass door and a separate entrance from the dining room. For your convenience the condo also has a full washer and dryer, pantry, and outside storage for all of your beach gear. The large balcony has 4 high-top wooden chairs - perfect for spotting dolphins, and two loungers for those wanting to sit back, relax, and take an afternoon siesta. Wind Drift uniquely offers first come, first serve boat slips, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.) Guest access details will be sent after booking Please inquirer about boat fees prior to booking. SNOW BIRD MONTHLY PARKING RATE: $150 Per Month SNOW BIRD MULTI MONTHLY PARKING RATE (2+ MONTHS REQUIRED): $125 Per Month Boat Fees: The HOA will require you fill out documentation about the boat 7 days prior to your arrival, it is $50 per day, or $300 for the week, plus a $50 transaction fee. They do charge a CC service fee, or you can pay with check when you arrive and pick up the parking passes at their HOA office. This charge also includes parking the trailer on site. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
