ArtApartment - House at the spa park - Zorge

The house is located in the beautiful mountain village of Zorge, approx. 15 minutes from Braunlage and consists of 3 fully equipped living areas. The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and is 270 m² in size. Each area has a sleeping and dining area with integrated kitchens, there are 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Washcloths and kitchen towels are provided. The bed linen/towels are included in the cleaning fee. Dogs are allowed, a fee will be charged. The space The house is newly renovated and furnished by Berlin architect Maxim Krioukov and artist Andrei Krioukov. The house has a large, very cozy living room with an integrated kitchen area and terrace. There is a fireplace that is not in operation at the moment, but will be installed at short notice and can be used on request. All six bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable beds that can be pulled apart by appointment. The house is perfect for a holiday in the mountains. Guest access Directly opposite the house is the spa park and the tourist information. On the mountain, directly above the house, you will find after a short hike the landmark of Zorge, the bell tower, from which you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Other things to note - Since Zorge is a health resort and offers other tourist activities, we have to collect a visitor's tax for the city. This is done on site and is calculated as follows: per person per night: Adults €1.60 Children up to 6 years € 0.00 Children 6-18 years €1.00 only one child per family, additional children free of charge. Severely disabled under 100% € 0.50 Severely disabled persons of 100% and accompanying person €0.00 With the fee, you will receive a bus ticket for the entire stay as well as other discounts. - Children up to 7 years of age stay with us free of charge. Please book for all persons older than 7 years old and just let us know about the little guests. However, please note the maximum occupancy of 12 people. If there are more of you (including children), please contact us. - Animals stay with us for €30 per stay. - We are happy to offer you a package of bedding and towels free of charge per person per stay. You can bring your own bed linen. Please let us know before arrival. - There is a 50 Mbps Internet line in the whole house as well as in the courtyard. - The house is located at the foot of the mountain, giving you a beautiful view of the mountains, both from the apartments and from the courtyard. - If needed, there is an extra bed, a high chair and a children's travel cot for you free of charge. - We have a stroller and a handcart for rent at a fee of €20 per stay.
