Enjoy a wonderful stay in this contemporary villa. Refined 200 m² DESIGN, completely REDONE in 2018 and with a beautiful ceiling height. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably thanks to its 5 double bedrooms. You will be seduced by its large terraces, bay windows and its 60 m² living room. You have access to free WI-FI, NETFLIX and DEEZER. Villa L'Alameda is fully adapted to accommodate FAMILIES.  You will have a travel crib, high chair, suitable dishes, a drying WASHING MACHINE and SAFETY BARRIERS to help you protect your CHILDREN and BABIES. You will have access to our FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Our aromatic herbs are at your disposal to season your dishes and/or your meats cooked on the BARBECUE. You can also have your meals delivered or go to the restaurant on foot. Relax in our 5 bedrooms with personalized furniture and decoration, enough to allow everyone to find their favorite ROOM. The bedding has been carefully equipped with QUALITY MATTRESSES to allow you to have restful nights. You will also have 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, as well as 2 toilets for your comfort. All bedrooms have a desk. The bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king size bed 180 X 200. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms (king size bed 180 x 200, double bed 140 x 200) as well as the 2 bedrooms with the 2 single beds 90 x 200. In winter, you can relax indoors and enjoy a warm evening around the FIRE of our WOOD STOVE. In its PRIVATE GARDEN, you can relax at any time of the year in the 36-degree JACUZZI, open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., while your children have fun jumping on the TRAMPOLINE, playing on the SWING... We also have an indoor games room, accessible between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. for your enjoyment: a POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, a PING-PONG table, etc. Recharge your batteries in our new gym decorated with a beautiful mural and equipped with a treadmill and a 5-seater SAUNA (180 x 180 x 210 cm). Have fun on our new PETANQUE court to share a pleasant time outdoors. Our SPA is very nice but there is a slow heating system, so it is not available for one night stays! The villa is located 43 km from DISNEYLAND Paris accessible by public transport or by car in 50 min. It's easy to get to the studio from the airports: 19 minutes by car from Orly Airport and 57 minutes by public transport In 1 hour 16 minutes by public transit from Roissy Charles De Gaulle For athletes, you can reach Paris by walking/running or cycling in 15 km via the Coulée Verte, a wooded and protected path that passes at the foot of the villa.  Villa l'Alameda is in a green setting where you can get a breath of fresh air: the FOREST, Lake Cambacérès, along the Bièvre, the Coulée Verte, the Verrières GOLF COURSE... The Jacuzzi, Sauna, Trampoline, Swing and BBQ are private and available year-round. If the dates shown on Airbnb are valid, the villa is available and you can book directly * PAYMENT: only on AIRBNB. Cash payment refused. * SELF CHECK-IN with a smart lock * HOURS: check-in between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. (later is possible but we will not be able to offer assistance) and check-out before 10 a.m. * EARLY CHECK-IN: possibility to organize the arrival at 3 p.m. with an extra €40 to be paid in advance on our check-in platform * LATE CHECK-OUT: possibility to organize the departure at 12:00 p.m. with an extra €40 to be paid in advance on our registration platform * VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: For your safety, the villa is equipped with video surveillance in the outdoor area * PARKING: it is possible to park 2 vehicles inside the property.
