The villa also gives a traditional country house feel, with the living area featuring beamed ceilings and traditional furnishings. Upon entering from the front covered terrace, the very comfortable, spacious accommodation has a large living/dining room with beamed ceilings and satellite Tv. Next to it there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine, as well as a pantry, utility room and a toilet. On this level of the house there is also an attractive twin bedroom with a full bath/shower room adjacent. Stairs lead up to the master double bedroom and another twin bedroom. They both share bath/shower room. All bedrooms benefit of fitted wardrobes and A/c units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 6:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. These times cannot be extended and/or changed. In addition, clients will have free standing fans). The covered terrace is fantastic for enjoying al fresco meals and a perfect place for everyone to relax in the evenings enjoying the barbecue.
