Located just inside the city walls of Cortona it remains half-way from the public parking and the main squares of the town. Thanks to its location and the big windows that are unsual for this etruscan town, it has a beautiful panorama overlooking the Valdichiana valley and is very bright. The entrance opens onto the large living room which is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs while the walls and ceilings are decorated in soft colors which make the apartment very cozy. The kitchen has been remoled with the every modern amenities to ensure our guests a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms compelte the apartment of which two double room and a double with single beds. Three bathrooms of which two besides the double bedromms and the third one en-suite the third bedroom. Other things to note - Listing managed on behalf of the property owner. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.00 per person per night (for the first 4 nights). Payment must be made upon arrival. Children up to 12 years old are exempt. - Guests are required to sign the tourist rental agreement and present a valid ID for all guests at check-in.
