Ideal for recharging, reading by the fireplace or sunbathing on a lounger, enjoying the many activities in the area, or meeting with friends. The space The house is approximately 200 m2, on 2 floors, and was completely renovated in 2023, combining modern comfort with respect for the old spirit of the house. The ground floor is divided into 2 parts: A very large living room, with a large kitchen with a central island in the center. This is the centerpiece, the place where you cook and meet. Fully equipped, it allows you to cook in any season: Smeg 5-burner stove, 3 ovens, raclette grill, waffle maker, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle etc. The dining room, with its very large bay window, allows you to eat with a dominant view over the entire valley. In the living room, a few armchairs and sofas facing the stove allow you to chat, have an aperitif or read by the fireplace. Entrance with closet, toilet, and staircase. A night area that includes: - A first large bedroom (20 m2) with closet, 180 bed with Sofitel quality mattress, a water point (sink). - Bedroom 2, with 160 bed, closet and private sink - A 2nd separate toilet - Large bathroom with shower Upstairs: - A large cozy living room, with its huge U-shaped sofa, allows you to meet in a large group, for crazy game nights ;) - The 3rd bedroom: 25 m2 with private bathtub, sink, 180 bed with Sofitel quality mattress. Everyone fights to have it! - The 4th bedroom: more intimate, with its sloping wooden roof, and its 160 bed. - The 5th and 6th bedrooms: minimalist, Japanese-inspired, with their custom-made bed bases and headboards. 140 beds. - Bathroom with toilet. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, and will be alone on the property. A 10-minute drive away you will find a bakery, a Spar, a pharmacy, the tourist office, a doctor, a gas station etc. There are no public transport services. You have to come by car: 2.5 hours from Montpellier, 3 hours from Toulouse, 3 hours 45 minutes from Lyon. Other things to note In the area, you can do many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities: hiking, canoeing, swimming at Lake Saint Gervais or in the many surrounding rivers, visit the beautiful village of Estaing, the Château du Vallon, or discover local crafts in Laguiole, and finally enjoy the excellent dishes of Aubrac and its renowned gastronomy... A little further (about 1 hour drive), you can discover Rodez, with its Cathedral and the incredible Soulages Museum, the "Trou de Bozouls" and its Canyon carved by the river, the Roquemaure lava flow, the Conques Abbey and its stained glass windows designed by Soulages...
