An Searrach Holiday Home Dingle Description – Sleeps 6This bright and airy holiday home has a country style kitchen which is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This coastal holiday accommodation has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Country Style kitchen and dining room - Living room with Tv Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: king sized sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower, hand basin & WC. Wifi is available at the property. Hairdryer and Cafeterie provided. Local Area & Tourist Attractions Situated in a Gaeltacht region Dingle or An Daingean in Irish is the only town on the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle town is 50km from Tralee town and 71km for Killarney National Park in County Kerry. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location. If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay. Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels:Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation). 4. Fireplaces:There are two fireplaces in the home, however due to safety reasons they can not be used.
