Our small studio house is located on the listed fishing island of Werder, two minutes from the water in a quiet little side street. It was lovingly renovated and furnished in spring 2020. It has an idyllic garden with a lounge terrace and a small remise. The space Facilities: The house, architecturally typical of the island of Werder, has about 100 square meters of living space and extends over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and the garden behind it. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Internet-enabled flat-screen TVs are available in all bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, a washer-dryer and a fridge-freezer. A hallway separates the living room from the kitchen and offers small storage areas for the wardrobe. Upstairs are two stylishly furnished bedrooms with box spring beds. High-quality mattresses allow for a high level of sleeping comfort. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a small balcony that offers a beautiful view of the garden. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the upper floor. In the master bedroom, an extra bed for two more people (children) on a sofa bed is possible. Lying area: 1.40 m x 2.00 m Towels are provided for all booked guests upon arrival. Guest access As a guest, you will receive a key to the house. In addition, you will receive a code with which you can open the front door keyless at any time during your stay. Other things to note The city of Werder is a recognized spa town. There is a visitor's tax, which must be paid at the latest on arrival or in advance. You will receive all the necessary information before arrival.
