The house is composed of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a garden with a terrace. You will also enjoy the swimming pool of the residence! The space The accommodation On the ground floor, the house is composed as follows: Day area: - Bright living room of 30 m², with more than 3 m high ceilings, furnished with a sofa, flat screen TV, functional fireplace (wood not provided), armchairs, dining table. - Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, work surface that can be used as a stand-up meal with 4 high chairs. Night area: - Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage space, and private shower room with shower and WC. - Bedroom 2: 3 single beds, storage, and private shower room with shower and WC. Outside: - Enclosed garden with a green area, from where you can enjoy views of the sea and the mountains. There is an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal after an afternoon at the beach! - A 20 m² covered terrace facing east-west, furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a gas barbecue, sun loungers and armchairs. Common areas of the residence : - An unheated, fenced outdoor swimming pool, accessible from June to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. Sunbeds and parasols are available around the pool. - Two tennis courts (on reservation) and a park with two volleyball courts. - Two bars/restaurants overlooking the beach. Nearby - Prunete beach, 1 minute walk away. - At 500 m from the residence: restaurant, bakery, newspaper shop, pharmacy and super U, bus stop. - Donkey rides located 15 km away (24 min by car). - Golf Academy Casinca located at 25 km (27 min by car) - Bastia located 48 km (58 min by car). Activities - Relaxation and water sports on the beach of Prunete: windsurfing, diving, fishing, white water rafting, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, mountain biking, kayaking... - Port of Taverna located at 3 km: first dive, boat trips, sea walks. - Hiking, horse riding, cycling and boat trips. - Museum of Cervione, Galéa Park, donkey farm, Ucelluline waterfall... - Tennis, volleyball, golf... - Day trips by car : Cap Corse, Saint Florent, Bastia, Ile Rousse, Calvi, Corté and South Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, the Aiguilles de Bavella etc... Transport - You will have a private parking space outside. - Taxi, bus at 500 m. - Car recommended. - Ferry from Nice to Bastia (about 6 hours). - Bastia airport is 31 km away (34 min by car). Other things to note - An above-ground parking space is available for all types of car within the residential complex. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
