The house has four bedrooms and sleeps ten comfortably. There is a relaxing outdoor space with plenty of seating to the rear of the property, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach, exploring the local area, or enjoying the various watersports available including kite surfing, sailing, land yachting, and seal-spotting boat trips! The enchanting town of Rye is just 10 minutes away by car, or an easy 2.5 mile bike ride/walk along the cycle path. It has a wide range of independent shops, pubs, cars, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and a stylish cinema. All bookings at Sandy Bottom include membership at The Grapevine Champagne & Jazz Bar in Rye to use for the duration of your stay. The bleakly beautiful Dungeness is about 15 minutes’ drive away, with its Lighthouse, Nature Reserve for wildflowers and birdwatching, and a station on Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway’s 15” gauge light railway line, operating steam and internal combustion locomotives along the coast. Back in Camber, the local pub is just a stone's throw away providing a warm welcome and excellent food and drink. The property has good access with no steps to the front door and parking spaces for three cars. No pets allowed, sorry.
