MaarBurg apartment with large terrace

Our apartment is located directly next to the castle ruins and the maar. In April 2023, the Ulmener Maar tunnel was opened, which connects the maar and the Jungferweiher via a 120 m long tunnel. The Volcanic Eifel offers many possibilities. Whether cycling, hiking, fishing (Maar, Jungferweiher) or motorcycling in the winding Eifel or on the Nürburgring (15 min). Many attractions such as the maars, castles (Eltz Castle), waterfalls or the cities of Cochem, Trier, Koblenz, etc. The space Living/dining room with fully integrated kitchen, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, bedroom with double bed, (extra bed), wardrobe and smart TV. Bathroom with shower as well as a small storage room incl. Iron/ironing board, clothes rack. Terrace consists of a grill, sun lounger (in summer) seating area with awning and small fenced lawn. Guest access Car parking space and storage space for motorcycles/bicycles are available free of charge. The apartment has its own separate entrance. Other things to note - Dogs by arrangement. One dog €10/night to be paid on site. Cats not allowed. - 1x bed linen + 1 set of towels per person included in the price, each additional is subject to a charge. - Deposit of €100 to be paid in cash upon arrival. - In the bedroom it is possible to set up a baby travel crib. - In the bedroom it is possible to set up an extra bed for a child/adult. - In the living room/kitchen it is possible to pull out the sofa bed 130 x 190 in the living room/kitchen.
