The living area on the first floor consists of a large living room with decorative fireplace, comfortable sofa beds, a dining table where you can enjoy the excellent Italian cuisine, a small balcony overlooking the lake with a table and chairs to sip a good glass of wine at sunset, a bathroom with tub /shower, sink, bidet and toilet and fully equipped modern kitchen. On the second floor there is a small study with a table where you can relax reading a book and looking at our lake and a large double bedroom. The "gem" of the house is the third floor, an attic loft with an exposed wooden roof, the ideal place to enjoy the lake view while relaxing on the comfortable sofa beds and admire the colorful sunsets typical of Varenna and Lake Como.
