The rural holiday home Casita de la Cantera in La Lantejuela is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the whole house, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool which is open year-round, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the property (2 parking spaces) and on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. The property has a step-free interior. The security deposit has to be paid in cash upon arrival and given back via Bizum or bank transfer up to 24h after the check-out. Check-in after 9:00 pm is subject to a surcharge. Please inform the homeowner if you are going to arrive after 9 pm. During low and mid-season, the check-out time is flexible depending on availability. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Late check-in (after 10:00 pm) can be arranged upon request and incurs an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
