Experience an unforgettable experience in the national monument Havenzicht. The building exudes the atmosphere of the past (1600-1700), but was completely modernized in 2021. The location directly on the Zeeland coast (distance to the sea is 50 meters) makes the property unique! From the first and second floors, you even have a good SEA VIEW. The property is also centrally located in the center of Vlissingen on the Bellamypark (square with many restaurants/terraces) and shopping center. Everything can be reached on foot, so easy! The space This vacation address is an official national monument and was built centuries ago in the "Golden Age" and served as a residential house/warehouse. In the past, the ships were located directly in front of the building on the quay (now Bellamypark). The building exudes the atmosphere of the past, but was completely modernized and renovated in 2021 and equipped with all modern comforts and decor. The renovation focused on sustainability and reuse of materials. In addition, the connection with the sea/beach in the building is visible through paintings/photos, but also through the use of wreck wood and shells. After all, you are staying just steps away from the sea (50 meters). Vlissingen has many beautiful and clean beaches (sunny location: south coast) with rental of chairs etc. and beach bars/restaurants. At the same time, the property is located in the center of Vlissingen with numerous amenities. From the second and third floors, you even have a real view of the sea (see photo) and you can admire the occasional sailing ships. National monument Havenzicht is right on the Bellamypark (square with lots of restaurants/terraces/cafes). The listed building Havenzicht has 2 entrances, namely at the Bellamypark (entrance apartment Bellamy) via the Souterrain and Beursstraat (entrance apartment Havenzicht). The entire property can accommodate up to 14 adults and 4 children (18 people). The maximum number of sleeping places is 20 (including sofa beds and the sleeping loft, third floor). The use of the property with more than 16 people is at your own comfort risk. The advisory composition of up to 14 adults and 4 children can also be changed (also at your own comfort risk) to more adults (and therefore fewer children). Rijksmonument Havenzicht therefore consists of 2 fully furnished and lockable apartments (Havenzicht apartment for up to 12 people and Bellamy apartment for up to 6 people). Through the main entrance, which can be found at Beursstraat 8, located in a centuries-old street with numerous national monuments with beautiful facades, you will arrive at the national monument Havenzicht. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find one of the new bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet. In addition, one of the two kitchens (with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and cooking facilities (4 burners) and combination oven) is also located on the ground floor (with 2-person sofa bed, where there is a complete living unit on the ground floor). This kitchen also includes a dining area for 6 people and a seating area with Smart TV (Netflix account available). Via the stairs, you will then reach the first floor with a large kitchen including a dishwasher, electric cooking, large oven, extra combi oven/microwave fridge and freezer. The kitchen contains a large table with 8 chairs (and 4 extra chairs that can be added). Digital TV is available in the kitchen. From this kitchen you have a good view of the front square (Bellamypark) with numerous terraces, restaurants and cafes. In addition, you also have a sea view on the first floor (look to the right). On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a bunk bed for 2 people (separated by a cabinet wall and wall). On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with 3 sofas (including 2x a double sofa bed) and a large Smart TV with Netflix account. On the same floor is a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet) and a spacious bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide and 200 long). Through a steep, narrow staircase you can reach the sleeping loft, which is cozily paneled with wood. In total, this sleeping loft contains space for 4 people. This cozy space (maximum height to ridge is about 170 cm) is mainly intended as an (exciting) sleeping attic for children, but can also be used by adults. The other entrance of the national monument Havenzicht is located at the Bellamypark (formally the Smalle Kade for your navigation system). Via the stairs (watch your head) you enter the basement (height to the beams 193 cm and between the beams (plaster ceiling) over 200 cm. Through the main entrance, you can also reach this floor (stairs down). In the basement, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). In this bedroom, there is a door to an underground room where you can find some patio furniture to sit outside. The land in front of the property (up to about the large stone blocks) is private land and belongs to the property. Furthermore, the basement contains a new bathroom (bathroom furniture is made of wreck wood washed up in Vlissingen) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Miscellaneous A made bed is available for all persons. Bed linen is included in the price. Kitchen towels/cleaning towels are also provided. Bath and beach towels are not included, please bring them with you. Paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Through the owner, you can use a parking permit (for a fee).
