The space You’ll be staying in Playa Bávaro, Punta Cana, one of the most iconic and sought-after destinations in the Caribbean, famous for its white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and lively atmosphere. The apartment is located within the exclusive Beach Residence, a beachfront community that combines a prime location, privacy, and comfort. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and interior living spaces, as well as access to the residential common areas, including the pool and BBQ area. The property is located within a gated residential community with controlled access. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the condominium. Outside visitors and events are not permitted, and guests must comply with the community rules and quiet hours to ensure a safe and peaceful environment. Electricity consumption is not included in the reservation price. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out, and usage will be charged based on actual consumption during the stay.
